Back in the cleaning saddle

It wasn't close to the four hours I wanted to do this weekend to catch up to zone work (hah), but yesterday I took a whack at my dresser top in my bedroom (it is not tidy, but surface is definitely showing, and the change jar is pretty full). Found lots of flea brushes so gave Maya a GOOD series of brush-downs, which she appreciated (and my clothes will too) as she has been a Shed Monster lately. Drawer re-organization, or the top of the other dresser, next. (And I did find my Currently Good pair of long janes. Just in time too.) As the under-sink cabinet was displaying tendencies towards Fibber McGee-dom, I also spent about half an hour dealing with it while the chicken broth was simmering on the stove. Pulled out one paper trash sack worth of trash, and one paper sack worth of recyclable plastic bottles. Geeze, no wonder it was stuffed!

I also took the four bags worth of STUFF that had been in my car trunk waiting for me to drive over to Out of the Closet over.

So if I get the recycling out on the curb, I've already got a 7-bag total for the week. Which I can hopefully make at least eight if I spend any more time in the bedroom, or similar time in the office.

The chicken broth was Freezer Decluttering too (smile). Gotta make room for the holiday run of cookies and truffles!
